Who we are

Cheyenne Water Damage Repair operates the website at cheyennewaterdamagerepair.com. We are a free referral service that connects callers in the Cheyenne, Wyoming area with independent local water damage providers.

Information we collect

When you call: your phone number, the details you share about your water damage problem and location, and a recording of the call — calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes, as stated when you call.

When you use the callback form: your name, phone number and the problem description you submit, used only to respond to that request.

Automatically: standard web logs and cookies used to operate and secure the site and to understand aggregate usage (pages visited, device type, approximate location). We do not use this site to collect payment information.

How we use information

To connect you with an independent local provider who can help with the problem you described; to return your call or callback request; to operate, secure and improve the service; and to comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

We share the details relevant to your request — typically your name, phone number, location and problem description — with the independent provider(s) we match you with, so they can contact you and quote the job. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the service from fraud or abuse.

The providers are independent

Providers matched through this service are independent businesses. Once you are connected, your dealings with a provider — including any information you give them directly — are governed by that provider’s own practices and terms.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or opt out of further contact at any time by calling (725) 699-0399. You can also control cookies in your browser settings; the site’s core pages work without non-essential cookies.

Data retention & security

We keep request and call information only as long as needed for the purposes above and legal requirements, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

This service is intended for adults arranging home services and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the current version will always be posted on this page with its update date.
