Cheyenne Water Damage Repair is a free referral service. We connect callers in the Cheyenne, Wyoming area with independent local water damage providers. We are not a contractor, we do not perform water damage, restoration, plumbing or construction work, and we are not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.

2. Independent providers

Providers are independent businesses. They set their own prices, availability, methods and credentials, and they are solely responsible for their work, their estimates and their conduct. Any quote, warranty or guarantee comes from the provider, not from us. Ask your provider to confirm their price, timing and credentials before work starts.

3. No charge to you for the referral

Your call and the referral are free to you. You pay only the provider you choose to hire, under the terms you agree with that provider.

4. Information on this website

Content on this site — including typical cost ranges drawn from national cost guides — is general information, not a quote, estimate or professional advice for your specific property. Actual prices and methods vary by job and are set by the provider who inspects the damage.

5. Emergencies

If anyone is in danger, or there is a risk of electrical shock, fire or structural collapse, call 911 first. This website and phone line are a referral service, not an emergency service.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use this service only for genuine requests for water damage help, to provide accurate information, and not to misuse the site or phone line, attempt to disrupt the service, or submit requests on behalf of others without their permission.

7. Calls may be recorded

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cheyenne Water Damage Repair is not liable for the work, pricing, delays or conduct of any independent provider, or for damages arising from a provider’s services. Our responsibility is limited to operating the referral service described here.
